William Moffitt joins Clinical Sensors Board of Director

Mr. Moffitt has been a director and CEO of numerous private and public medical technology companies from the development stage and progressing through to successful exits.  He was CEO and a director of i-STAT, which he led from its early research stage to commercialization, through its initial public offering and its premium acquisition by Abbott Laboratories in 2003.  He was CEO at NanoSphere and currently serves as chairman of Sarissa Biomedical, First Light Bioscience and Momentum BioScience, Ltd, and as a director of Base 4 Innovations.
